Do you offer free shipping?

 

Yes, we offer free shipping and delivery for orders above Rs. 5000, irrespective of the cart volume.

For orders below Rs. 5000, shipping charges are calculated based on volume and the final weight. While it can vary between INR 100 and INR 500, we assure you that the shipping charges for such products will not exceed INR 500 under any circumstances.

 

How do I track my order?

 

If you have logged in to our website, you can track your order via the tab ‘My Orders’ under your account. If you have purchased as a guest user, click on the following link, enter your order number and email id to track your order.

 

How do you deliver my order?

 

We partner with registered and trusted courier agencies to help deliver your order. Please make sure to provide a mobile number you are always available at and also recheck the address and the pin code before you submit.

 

 

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Generally, we take between 4-7 days to process, pack, ship and deliver your product. After you make the purchase, you will receive a confirmation mail entailing the approximate duration of delivery.
